Q. How do we make our Affinity Group private?
A: When you configure your Affinity Group or edit it using the Edit Email List link in the left column of any Affinity Group page, you will see a section saying this:
Who Can be Part of Email Affinity Group? Who can send emails to this Affinity Group list or read archived emails visible on the "Email Affinity Group List" page of this website.
There are two choices. If you click the button that says All Community Members, then anyone can read them. If you click the button that says Only Affinity Group Members, you will have created a "closed list," or one that only members can view the contents of the Affinity Group, including email messages, the shared library, email archives and the Wiki.
